Pros
If you're just starting out, the job (queue management) really lets you work on your people skills and ability to work in a stressful environment. The workers were great and made working there tolerable.
Cons
The pay is absolutely not something to write home about. No benefits either. Conflicting directives given by management by people with not much education on the information needed to do the job effectively. Expect to be uncomfortable for the duration of your shift, as the job requires you to stand in one spot on hard ground in dress shoes for hours at a time. Management was often very rude to workers and customers, sometimes even getting into vocal and public arguments.
