Fantastic and collaborative work culture. Office and office location is unparalleled. Our office feels like one big family chasing after the same goal. Lots of room to grow in your career and as a staff!

Cons

Working on supportive systems for employee roles (I know it is in progress and feedback is received well!).

Gearsupply has always been an upbeat and fun place to work. Everyone is very kind & the new office is beautiful! The business concept is really interesting and it's nice to work at a place dedicated to the performing arts/music industry.

Cons

As it is still growing, sometimes the workload can become a bit overwhelming. Some of the business aspirations feel beyond the current size of the team. But if you're looking to work somewhere where your voice & initiative matters, then this is the place to be.

I love working with everyone here, it's very team oriented. Everyone helps where they can. We are all working to grow the company, and everyone carries their weight.

Cons

I wish there was more training in the beginning, but that is typical of a startup. I know they are working on creating a streamlined onboarding process.
