      Pros

      can make ok money there but you have to work 7 days a week to get it.

      Cons

      Management is HORRIBLE there. filled out paper work to become permanent 3 weeks later still not on there pay roll. if you like to do drugs and work with people that do this is the place to be.

      The pros here would be the paycheck, that’s not much one could say other than getting paid. The other pro would be a day off, if you get one.

      Cons

      Management changes like the weather Japanese investors with German project management who hate each other Terrible benefits program Clicks, buddy system very cut throat environment Long hours No climate control No procedures followed No funds to hire the needed resources to perform the job at hand properly Morale is terrible... has to be one of the worst in the area. Employees have no hope or motivation to go the extra mile. Foreigners don’t speak to the locals Terrible environment

      Production workers are polite .

      Cons

      Management is rude, unprofessional, racist, sexist and supports discrimination. There is no way for a good person to work here .
