I have been working at General Mills full-time

    Pros

Work life balance, decent pay scale, transportation

    Cons

Degrading management - basically moving out from a company known from its culture and values to a typical Indian mindset whose outlook is for cost cutting, professional grudge against employees who value work and truth. Managers basically remain spineless due to higher management and are only kept to say YES at all times without trying to defend the team.
