I have been working at Generali Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Environment, job variety. Friendly office with good development opportunities for motivated people. Plenty of new initiatives to which staff is required to contribute.

    Cons

Still some negativity from the past which management is trying to eradicate. Too much patience for underperforming staff and appalling sickness records in certain areas.

I have been working at Generali Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible working hours, nice people and clear understanding of importance of work/ life balance. Decent social side. Nice summer party . Also, every Friday in August is a half day which is great.

    Cons

Poor pay - I had a pay increase of £400 per annum in total whilst there. Much lower than market. Slight Italian bias, as one may expect.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Generali Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Global organisation, financially strong, clear strategy, treats employees well. Has undergone major transition to create a group identity and streamline operations to focus on core business.

    Cons

Some resistance to change, usual inefficiencies in dealing with very large, geographically diverse groups.
