Pros

professionals work at the company. new equipment and systems. quality people with degrees that love what they do and care about the customers.

Cons

CEO is the downfall of this company. very unprofessional and inexperienced. micromanages everyone and everything. Chastises management like children in front of subordinates. Walks by everyone like he is above the "help" and is very rude to vendors. many good people have left already and more are on the way out.

Updating my feedback. Thank you for your review, but this is clearly an employee who was terminated for a lack of performance and has a lot of resentment. It is absolutely true management and administration are held to a high standard of performance at MailMyPrescriptions.com. You are supposed to be a leader of the very "help" you mention. If you are more concerned with how your vendors are treated, instead of solving problems for your staff and customers... then I am glad we parted ways as we have two different goals. Your team relies on you. If your team isn't responding well to you then that will get passed onto our customers. Based on our stellar customer reviews since this review was made - it is apparent the Company made the right decision parting ways with you. Furthermore, I have met with every single employee here in the past week, as well as conducted anonymous surveying, and have had no complaints about my personality that jive with the feedback in this review. We have thousands of happy customers, dozens of happy employees... the end is surely not near. Furthermore, resignation-related turn over is WAY below the industry average here (by double digits). When you say "many good people have left", assuming you are referring to pharmacists employed here, then the number is two... including yourself. Two pharmacists have resigned in the last two year's since we received our pharmacy license. So, yes... if you are not up for a challenge, and not fanatical about customer experience... and as a pharmacist... not fanatical about focusing on leading your team here (which as a pharmacist is part of your duties here)... then MailMyPrescriptions.com is not for you.

Pros

None. Worst. Place. Ever. RUN!

Cons

If you want someone shouting at you all day then this is the place for you. If you choose to accept a position do not accept anything less than $17 an hour. You WILL be overworked and underpaid. The managers will lie to you in your face about promotions and job opportunities while giving you a million things to do with no pay raise and turn around and tell you that it's in your job description. They will give you a title before they give you raise.

- We have nearly doubled our staff this year, and are expecting to hire at least 50 more employees by the summer, which would put us close to 100, or 4x at the start of the year. - This reviewer is part of a group of employees whom we received internal complaints accusing them of bullying. Their response to the allegations of bullying was that they did not want to help new team members improve and learn, and instead expected the CEO to terminate anyone and everyone who was not to their expectations... which is absurd. This group of employees were eventually either terminated or quit because their friends were terminated, and all have subsequently left negative reviews on Glassdoor. - At the Company, all pharmacy staff members report to multiple pharmacists, up to the PIC, who then reports to the CEO. The pharmacists run the Pharmacy operations. I, along with a team of non pharmacy staff, manage our Product, Pricing and Service Levels... among other areas of the Company. Our goal is to offer a great service that saves Americans money. This is a huge change from working at a CVS. There’s a learning curve. The company will help you through it. If you were hired for a role and your uncomfortable, we may offer you a different one. There are over a dozen different areas of our operation. The team we are building will help you get acclimated and help you grow. - Our average annual raises this year are 2x the national average, and 2x the 2018 annual inflation rate. We do annual reviews and all employees are eligible for annual raises, and if you show up to work every day and help execute the mission (save Americans money on their Rx), your pretty much guaranteed a raise when the time comes each year. We have had to deal with fake allegations from this group on Glassdoor. We hold weekly job fairs and I encourage potential candidates to come meet the team leaders referenced in these reviews and judge for yourself if you want to work at this great company. The FACT is we offer better hours, benefits, and pay than chain pharmacies. We have a better mission. And yeah... it’s busy.. we’re growing!

Pros

The company treats its customer wonderfully and is a new and exciting way to do pharmacy.

Cons

Though management was great I felt bullied there by co workers. It was a toxic atmosphere with bitter people.

I'm glad you found management to be positive and I hope that we did everything we could possibly do to resolve the concerns about bullying. I wish you luck in your next role.
