The atmosphere and so many great people that I worked with. We also had many great staff perks (pre Covid )
Cons
Because of the industry during the Covid pandemic it caused me to loose my job to redundancy

Interesting. Meet and work with a variety of people. The company as a whole really does care about compliance and customer care. Good, regular training. Good benefits including dental and eye care. Regular work events (days out, larger company events to bring different clubs together).
Cons
Little to no career progression if not working on the tables or cash desk. Reception wage is minimum wage with very little in the way of tips. Unsociable hours.
