      Nothing, only catering to senior staff, limited career potential.

      Cons

      Low pay raises, employee lay-offs on salary caps, irrelevant work shoved down your face, owners whom care about money before your professional development. Falsified data in favor of clients. Thankless get to-work owners.

      Pros

      The company has great people to work with and provides stimulating and challenging scientific work which requires multitasking capabilities. Benefits are cheap but company covers more than most.

      Cons

      Very limited upward mobility within the company and inconsistent top down communications. Projects are worked on in a fire drill fashion - all hands on next deadline. No statement of job description and responsibilities. Environmental sciences consulting firm which has work load subject to the industries fickle demand.
