I have been working at Geometry Global full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice office, some good people here and with really good talent

    Cons

Unorganised, lack of process, you’re expected to work long hours without the support or understanding from senior management about being understaffed. Processes are lacking and so difficult to roll out. Systems are poor and just cause so much delay in delivery. Location isn’t the best either. Very much a ‘lads club’ in senior management

I worked at Geometry Global full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are some good people there

    Cons

Impossible to get anything done - the studio is not fit for purpose and it's generally full of people just cruising through their days in order to collect a wage. Occasionally jumping on a poor idea that got some attention and claiming it as a massive success due to their input.
