    Pros

Good teamwork within the plant teams. Plant Management is good.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Clean up your incompetent HR team!

I worked at George Weston Bakeries

          Pros

You are exposed to an environment where food is manufactured, learning the intricate chemistry behind food engineering. The exposure to a manufacturing environment can also benefit any engineering student.

          Cons

The hours can be long as assignments are given, there is minimal opportunity to learn other parts of the business during the internship.

          Advice to Management

Students have a minimal attention span, an open-ended project can only be sustained if the students are continually challenged and regularly asked to report their findings.
