Awful company to work for.

Pros

Good people on the rigs who you can learn alot from. The work is fine, good for beginners into the industry.

Cons

Awful managment and communication. There seems to be a lack of care of employees and no one to turn to for support. Shift patterns are not regular as mistakes are often made to bookings. Not a great experience.
