- flexibility with unforeseen outside priorities (childcare issues, pandemic concerns, emergencies, etc.) - (mostly) positive work environment - good employee genefits (healthcare, bonuses, etc.)
Cons
- not much room for advancement - some management can be difficult at times, and then work with you at other times. Can be hit or miss
