Not great

Pros

The projects are innovative. Glassdoor requires at least 5 words for this field so this is just some filler...

Cons

Empty promise after empty promise. Not at all focused on employee welfare. You'd think, at a software house, you would have decent laptops that support being able to code on them. Or if you asked for a replacement you would get a response other than the never ending "budget freeze". The "Budget Freeze"

Great projects, Poor management

Pros

Every project offers something new to work on, the teams are full of different personalities and everyone clicks really well.

Cons

Management display a 'People First' mantra but offer way below the average pay of each role within the company, if fair pay is what you're after this place is not right for you.

Pros

- Modern technology stack on some projects - Theres a pool table

Cons

- Under staffed ~ Quite a few projects are struggling to meet expectations of clients which have been over promised by CEO/Product Management team. - Under paid compared to other equivalent jobs in bournemouth - Managment is not transparent with needed infomation about the companies plans. A lot of the time teams find out what is going on through the grape vine - Can't use the pool table most days as there are meetings through lunch and occasionaly after working hours
