    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Gist Ltd. full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Recent step changes amongst management (notably new CEO) have led to a more streamlined head office function. Good remuneration, company car, private health, pension, etc. Everything you'd expect (but nothing you wouldn't...) Employees have worked so hard this year to get through the pandemic.

    Cons

Changes perhaps coming too thick and fast for some. If you're not on board, it seems like you're coldly jettisoned. HR not good - the function is so far behind the times - no active diversity and inclusion manager or scheme. Painfully slow to react to real-life issues. Stale leadership resting on laurels and doing things the same old way. No REAL mental health scheme - just palmed off to external phone number. This isn't what people want anymore. People want (and need) more. The company is behind the times and too cheap to make solid infrastructure improvements.
