    Pros

    The best company I have ever worked in, for it's culture - which in my opinion is the most important factor when choosing where to work. People work together and collaborate to get things right together.

    Cons

    GSK is a large business, and very complicated. Therefore things can be slow to move, sometimes - but not always.
