    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at GlaxoSmithKline full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

Lots of learning opportunities, depending on where you are in the organisation you can have more autonomy

    Cons

As you go up in the organisation you realise how much it is one man/woman show, i.e. decision are made without consulting the senior leaders. Re-organisations happening every 9 months for complete revamp, showing you that the previous org was not done right and we have to do it again.

    Advice to Management

Need to take employees in the journey and invest in them Need to engage senior leaders in the decision, and not making the head of the division decide on whatever, right or wrong Need more stability
