I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great people/colleague. Good awards (if you can get them) and good share rewards. GSK has a global presence and it is doing a lot of good work in Africa and developing nations. Very good work life balance. Huge focus on diversity.

    Cons

Poor leadership. R&D is poorly funded so opportunities for development are limited. Far too many restructuring, which are really disruptive to work. Need to hire more young people.

    Advice to Management

Improve decision making. Reduce heirarchical setting. Bring in more young people in R&D.
