    Lots of Opportunity

    Pros

It's easy to progress. The team are wonderful to work with. The environment is inclusive and welcoming.

    Cons

So far there haven't been any cons. The ideal team player assessments and training can seem very overwhelming during your first week, but are easy to understand as time passes.

You get what you see, very shady company

    Pros

Nothing whatsoever, there is no benefits at all.

    Cons

Firstly, alll the reviews are fake and you are made to write one in your first week. The company is a revolving door now, if you don’t fit the culture, you are out. Management have a brand and culture that is very warped. You have made to fill in a Ideal team player assessment on a weekly basis. No matter how pressing work needs to be done, this needs to be completed above all. It makes no sense and the questions are purely there to catch you out. Things like how you went above and beyond for your team and how many hours you worked this week. Please note you are expected to work out of hours without pay or time back. If you are asking for pay, you are classes as a cultural misfit. Once you decide to leave (it won’t take long before you make this decision), the management and CEO will completely ignore you, refuse to speak you and let you go early. They are so paranoid and makes you think a lot more is going on behind the scene. All the experienced staff have left the company, who quite literally kept things afloat and made coming into work worth while. Then one by one, week by week another leaves and a temp replaces them, with less knowledge, no experience with skills replaces them. There is someone shady going on behind the scenes and a lot of red flags. The pension is poor, no actually benefits, they are inflating the salary’s as they had little to none interest for fully time staff. Which says a lot about the company. Management call meetings with my structure or time limit. Meaning you could be in there for hours. During the meetings they talk about the culture whilst also talking behind staffs back who are not in the meetings. Very contradicting to brand values. You are also made to do quizzes, too pass these you must get 100%. People have to cheat to pass these tests. It’s ridiculous how they expect to pass and revise things they have no relevance to your role. Senior management do not have what it takes to manage staff. Very much out of there depth and clueless how to interact with staff. They are in charge of the ITP assessments, they don’t care about your well-being. Only the hours you work and how you went above and beyond for team members. You could do amazing work but still fail because it didn’t help anyone in particular.

Extremely shady company-Don't ignore the red flags you come across they are real.

    Pros

Just the team. We kept each other sane.

    Cons

Where do I begin? You will be EXPECTED to work beyond your hours for free. They make you do quizzes on the company and their CULTURE. You must get 100% or you will fail. Not even university expects 100%. The quizzes are set up for you to fail. Don't believe that they were once toxic and they are changing. Its a lie I promise you. They create the toxicity and its never their fault yet every month someone is leaving the company or most of the staff have been there "months" never years? The communication is just bad. Nobody knows the process correctly. You'll ask 3 different people how to do something and you'll get 3 different answers which constantly causes confusion & then you'll get the blame. The internal CRM is horrendous. So archaic and manual. So many errors and glitches with it but they cant get them rectified as it's done by an external company. You're asked to write a review on indeed and glassdoor within your FIRST week hence all the 5* reviews. What company especially small company has only 5* reviews? Not even big corporations have that. It's a family run business at the heart. I wish I knew before accepting the offer. You will be spoken to like an inferior person. Especially by the family. They churn through staff very quickly not because you're rubbish but because they can't accept their own faults. They say they want healthy conflict yet when you do that you'll be labelled a cultural misift and pushed out the company or people wise up and just stop turning up because they've had enough. You HAVE to fill in a weekly assessment called an ITP. It's about six pages long and they ask things like "what hours did you work this week, did you help a team member this week, did you use your phone this week, did you go above and beyond this week, name a time you looked for work outside of your job responsibilities". Management are honestly comical, most are puppets. Micro management is prevalent. HR is a mess, can't even get a payslip most months. Payday is when the CEO decides to wake up and do the bank transfers but he somehow finds time to order food everyday. It's the tenants I feel sorry for. The properties are filthy, falling apart, leaking and so much more. These are peoples homes but these guys just want cash. They will drill in their values of Humble, Hungry & People Smart yet won't abide by them. The list is endless and they'll probably get this review deleted like they usually do so I hope some people see this before it disappears. They'll say the employee was bitter/sour. Honestly if you have to work here just get in and get out. Do your research people don't tend to stay here for long.
