    Pros

    Amazing culture, countless development opportunities, lots of support in work. They care a lot about their employees. The flexibility has been amazing during these times of Covid-19 with support offered to make working from home easier.

    Cons

    Cannot think of any downsides.

    It's a fab place to work and i work with a great bunch of people. During Covid19 the company has been extremely supportive & has offered lots of resources to help staff during this difficult time

    Pros

    A decent brand name on your CV.

    Cons

    No regard for staff welfare, an almost laughable reputation for laying off large numbers of staff without warning (just before Christmas last year - nice touch). Leadership don't really understand the business.
