      I have been working at Godrej Infotech full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Not much of work load so one can study in the free time. Good Company if you want to peruse for MBA, SSC, MPSE or UPSE. Good work culture and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Not much of work if one is experienced in advance/latest technologies. One can not experiment much on technology.

      Advice to Management

      Need Structure like a IT company not like manufacturing one.
