    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Godrej Infotech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-I joined Godrej Infotech as a fresher. Your target should be to leave immediately when you get a better opportunity. - Unless you do something shady, nobody is going to fire you. -Plenty of time to relax and work is non-existent -You can (should) concentrate on learning stuff on your own. -Brand value. Maybe..

    Cons

    - Growth is non-existent - Management structure is bad and a few managers here have been in the same company in the same role for more than 20 years - You will NOT grow professionally here. -HR policies are outdated and laughable. Very rigid. -Operations and Technology group is by far the worst department to join.

    Advice to Management

Promotions based on meritocracy would motivate employees to stay. You have lost very good resources

  2. "Not the best place to be working"

    StarStarStarStarStar
Current Employee - Senior Executive in Mumbai

I have been working at Godrej Infotech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Brand value Since seniors are not technically very sound, you are pretty much on your own which gives you a wide spectrum to learn and amass knowledge. Good for married women since not much work pressure. Work/life balance.

    Cons

Bad and ageing management Salary on 10th of the month Remuneration on face value Bad HR policies 3 months nonnegotiable notice period

    Advice to Management

    Entire management needs a change

I have been working at Godrej Infotech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Learning experience Gives exposure to Freshers Job Security

    Cons

HR policies are borrowed from the parent group & not in accordance with the service industry Poor Infrastructure Onsite opportunity limited to middle east .. especially KSA Poor Management No Focus on the quality of delivery

    Advice to Management

Proper training for new joinees. Should emphasize on the quality of the delivery HR policies to be revamped to make it more employee friendly. Recruitment & Event management seems to be the only function performed by HR.

I worked at Godrej Infotech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good place to learn for Freshers and good projects Accommodation in Vikhroli

    Cons

Unfriendly HR policies Absurdly huge and mandatory medical insurance cut from salary, which is hard to get reimbursed in cases of sickness Salary growth is slow, and does not match the industry standards. Not the place for experienced people unless they want a slow and secure place to sit. Onsite allowances only against expenses.

    Advice to Management

Please stop looting from employees on the pretext of taking medical insurance Please invest in your talented employees before they leave, as a company is only as good as its people.
