    I worked at Gold's Gym

    Pros

There is really no good reason.

    Cons

Management treats all the employee differently. More favouritism and racism. They themselves not doing their duties and are blaming and picking on staff for their mistakes. Forcing and pressurising staff. Me being a girl asking to check panic arlam in male sauna when already members using the facility. I was bullied and harassed. Manager never attends to customers complains and ask staff to deal with them. They don't even know how to keep things confidential. And also they are good liers. I was recruitEd as health and fitness instructor and after 3 months they started forcing for personal training clients. Mess up with rota without informing and blame staff for not attending shifts.
