    Pros

    Free lunch the coach customers paid for and never taken with them
    Ie the ghost cheese sandwich
    Why ghost 👻 cheese it was so thin you can see through it
    Leaving the company

    The staff you work with are very nice people

    Cons

    The group chairman always butting in
    Managers just given a job as they know ceo
    But hopeless people
    Pay is not that good unless you get along with ceo who will up your rate of pay
    Nick the CEO’s Dad is always butting in
    He should leave it to others to run the company
    Pay your staff a little more then spying on them all the time they might work harder for you

    Change the way you run the company

    Co-workers are mostly nice

    Cons

    If you work with the reservations team, management and supervisors will look down upon you and treat you as if you were totally disposable, especially the CEO.

    Advice to Management

    Be nice to ALL your employees. Stark favouritism says a lot about the personalities behind management.

    go on tours , otherwise nothing else

    money grabbing

    Advice to Management

    learn to be a family dont just say things for the hell of it. We had the MD crying about how much milk people were drinking for their teas.

    Pros

    close to home, working in London, meeting people from all over the world, taking all your holidays at once

    Cons

    Middle management bullying, unprofessional hire and fire system. Very dodgy legal team. Corruption from the ceo down to the middle. 1 weekend a month off. Not much work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

    No advice really, they know what they do is wrong and unfair. While the corruption comes from the top, the rest are tainted yes men who just follow orders and swing the axe.

    Pros

    Challenging, you will learn to become self confident and deal with stressful situation that will lead to improve customer service skill.
    Free travel to and from work.
    Good pay after first year and good commissions.

    Cons

    Very little change to grow within, zero training, bad organized.

    Advice to Management

    You should invest more onthe organization of the company and the staff to make them happy and proud to work, remember that an happy worker make happy customers...

    none I can think of free oyster Card
    Zone one and two that's all
    You can get some free tickets to give to family

    Cons

    working for this company would have to be the biggest con I can thinks of
    Having to lie to customers all the time

    Advice to Management

    Spend money and get some good drivers
    You pay them peanuts and all the good staff left and went to work for other company's and you are left With cheap staff no one wants
