Management is pretty relaxed, your allowed to wfh time to time.
Cons
Company seem to be money hungry, clients got whatever they wanted as long as OOD paid the bill.

Terrible upper management who had no education or proven management experience. Negativity galore. Favoritism was very obvious. I was a favorite and it was just as bad for me as the non-favorites. No set rules or policies and everything changed on a whim. Hourly employees were mistreated by company. Receiving zero constructive feedback in my years of employment. We were expected to be on call and work 24-7, even on days we used PTO
