Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad to hear that you enjoy the interesting work, flexible working, holiday and pension we have in place. It is enormously important for GLD to get the best deal for our employees on both pay and a range of other benefits. As a government department, we do of course operate the Civil Service pay framework, within which we are continually looking to develop and refine our offer. We are disappointed to hear you have not felt supported by our HR. We recommend you raise your concerns through the HR Helpdesk in the first instance, so that we can ensure the relevant team is able to support you with what you need.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is so good to hear that you have a great team to work with. Flexible working is a key part of our offer to encourage all employees to have a positive work/life balance, so it is good to know that our policies are working well. It is enormously important for GLD to get the best deal for our employees on both pay and a range of other benefits. As a government department we do of course operate the Civil Service pay framework, within which we are continually looking to develop and refine our offer.
