    Cons

    Impossible to progress unless you fail badly and get "promoted"out of your department. The higher up you go the more incompetent managers are. A lot of spurious job titles Too many pointless meetings Hundreds of comms staff who can't communicate. Shambolic IT run by clueless dinosaurs Them and Us culture between office staff and on road traffic officers.
