      Pros

A fascinating group to watch in the wild - seeing these recruiters live out their existence repeatedly dialing and leaving voicemails from 9 until 7 every day is a truly rewarding experience. Seeing how much these simple specimens scrabble to climb the 'call stats' board and squabble over the small scraps of commission thrown their way by management really makes you thankful for everything we have.

      Cons

One can begin to miss the solace of human company after some time
