    I have been working at Grant Thornton UK LLP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Relatively decent training but you have to be.proactive. ok benefits package at the start. Induction when start reasonable.

    Cons

    No recognition for.pay reviews for support staff unless in very top bracket which seems impossible to get rated as. Cliquey colleagues not.open and honest environment. Poor working environment no air.con for weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Take suport staff more seriously and colleague welfare.

    Reasonable benefits package not pay other suxh as pmi critical illness
    Nice colleagues who pulled together

    Cons

    Poor leadership
    Not allowed to do full PA support role by partners
    Blame culture
    Poor training
    Poor communication changes to role communicated by non manager !

    Advice to Management

    Treat support staff seriously. Utilise them properly it not being able to run someones inbox as a PA is a given duty in most other companies. Allow them to take responsibility
