    Pros

Entrepreneurial business, lots of very clever individuals and you're given responsibility from the offset. Expanding and growing in the advisory business at a quick rate

    Cons

Despite the advisory business expanding quickly and closing the gap with the big 4, pay remains stubbornly below where it should be

    Advice to Management

Largely keep on doing what you're doing! Starting to close the gap to the big 4 and raising the profile of the business in the market. Pay needs reviewing

    Pros

People centred culture, encourages self development, flexible working, great relationships with clients and intermediaries.
    Friendly and approachable business leaders
A wealth of sector experienced professionals

    Cons

Whilst we can never do too much for our clients, sometimes our reporting is not concise or punchy enough - this is getting better though.
Hours can sometimes be long to meet reporting deadlines, however, this is manageable and well recognised

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, this is a great place to work. Communication around the firm has improved in recent years

    Pros

I love working in a vibrant company, with like-minded people who can provide support and teamwork in a friendly atmosphere. I have always felt valued and progression through my career has come naturally and at a pace led by my own ambitions.

    Cons

With any audit practice, the moving of staff on a regular basis can cause discontent and murmurings across the department, however the regular drive to recruit great new people who fit into our team ethic has had a great effect on morale.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the forward looking management, keep working hard on our people and our future people,e and giving both ourselves and our clients the greatest experience we can.
