Great culture - everyone looks out for each other and progresses together rather than a 'race to the top'/'you or me' vibe which I hear is sometimes the case at other firms. Leadership lead this and everyone in the firm is approachable, no matter how senior they might be.
Excellent work/life balance - very few 'live to work' which makes for an enjoyable working environment as people have plenty going on outside of work and enjoy socialising with colleagues (whether that be at Christmas parties, summer balls, golf days, football tournaments or just a few beers at the pub on a Thursday/Friday night).
Lots of opportunity - both to progress within your current role or move into a different role/team. I've been here for nearly 4 years and my move to the role and office (London) that I wanted to work in was accommodated and supported by everyone I encountered who appreciated what was right for me. Both technical support and practical experience are ample.
Our offices aren't as plush as you might find at a Big 4 firm.
Additionally, should you wish to move on (into industry for example) at some point, a Big 4 name on your CV arguably carries more weight.

Keep up the good work, make sure we keep hiring great people and let's hold onto all the brilliant people already here.

The firm offers great support throughout your training contract which shows in a high percentage success rate.
Constant support from all levels creates a friendly workplace as well ensuring each individual is constantly progresses.
Lack of parking at the local offices creates a longer commute.
Small teams mean good access to senior management and partners.
Broad spectrum of clients mean you are not industry specific
There is not enough technical experienced senior staff to learn from
Promotion policy can change on a frequent basis to suit managements plans
