There is a great culture within the firm, with a good work/life balance. There is also a strong focus on inclusion and diversity which shines through and everyone seems to understand and believe the values of the firm. It's clear you can build a long and rewarding career here, so many people have been here for years and the firm has a real focus on training and developing staff.
