Pros
- the people are great. really fun, smart, driven, and supportive.
- lots of great learning opportunities across different business facets (content, creative, strategy, internal and external comms, written and verbal comms)
- small team allows for a lot of one-on-one support/coaching
- cool to be able to work closely with brands and stay with them through the whole project lifecycle (and more!)
Cons
Fast-paced and intense startup culture can be hard - self-motivation and ambition is must
