No Onboarding Support: No assistance, direction, or training was provided. They didn’t even bother to introduce you to company employees or update you on crucial information like the company's background check process. Delayed Salaries: Salaries never arrive on time. Despite their commitment to pay by the 1st of every month, due to their perpetual lack of funds, payments are consistently delayed until the 10th or later. Toxic Work Culture: The company has an extremely poor culture. There’s no effort to help you understand the company’s environment. Instead, they pressure you to bring in business solely through your personal network. Unstable Employment: They can terminate your employment over a phone call without any notice. They pretend to be surprised, but the decision is pre-planned and involves everyone in management. No Performance Support: Instead of understanding your challenges or offering support, they accuse you of underperformance and demand that you leave the company. They don't even attempt to put you on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Pointless Meetings: The company conducts meetings that lack purpose and sense, wasting your time without addressing any real issues. Unethical: This is the worst company to work for, with no regard for culture, work ethics, or proper management. Their actions are deceptive and dishonest.
