      Pros

      None. Company is full of inept leadership from the owner down to supervisors/crew leads - HR included.

      Cons

      Leadership does not want accountability but does want all authority. HR defends this behavior and ownership is never there to fix bad executives/senior management. Ownership is the problem also.

      Pros

      None is the word I am putting here. Considered "low skilled" job but I can guarantee you it is not.

      Cons

      The pay is a joke. "Competitive wage" must be a glorious HR way of saying "we will pay you the low end of the competitive wage range."
