      You get to know what exactly you must avoid in an organisation

      Cons

      Everything: No salary timing, unnecessary deductions, No documents offered, 10+ hour workday without compensation, Abusive and derogatory communication, No Employee Stays for more than 5 to 6 months. Harass you after resignation, call and threaten on your emergency contact. I cannot give a negative review on this platform

      They are high on technology,it's the only company which is providing industry 4.0 solutions under one roof - Robotics,Machine Vision System and intelligent AI enabled systems. Extremely good environment for those who indulge in their work. Get a chance to learn and stay updated on new technologies and work on innovative products. Salaries are as per industry standards. Medical Benefits Provided [Insurance -Mediclaim] Leave Policy as per industry standards. Cooperative staff and seniors. This place is for highly passionate get goers

      It is difficult for unprofessional and lazy people who wants to achieve by short cuts,detailed knowledge and command over the basics is demanded. They continuously insist on discipline and improvement. They demand quick learning and it's implementation on their projects. They demand perfection and sincerity from their employees. They are intolerant to frauds. They do not provide internship to students who come to enjoy and pass the time without following instructions and organization rules.
