Nice people, great coworkers, the projects by themselves are quite interesting and you will always have chance to propose technical improvements.
Cons
Worst management ever. Poor communication. Lack of credibility. The company is always in constant change, one day they are hiring people, one month later they are firing complete teams. With the COVID pandemic, most of the C-levels unexpectedly abandoned the company which I consider was quite "weird", a couple of weeks later the remaining management team literally decided to stop paying us expecting the workers to leave by themselves, they never informed us anything. For the new hires, I strongly recommend to consider not joining the company as the management team really lacks of professionalism. For more information I strongly recommend to look for some news related to the existing crisis inside the company.
