      An unwilling group of companies with no shared goals

      Pros

      Job safety, nice perks (albeit few). Beautiful offices (but who goes there anymore?).

      Cons

      They brand as an international company, but they're super-local to Italy when it comes to management and responsibilities. This is not a portfolio-based group of companies: here every business takes care only of its own. Little to no career movement or learning new things - you join in a role and will cover that for most of your work life. Very little room for innovation and betting on successful ideas; technical debt is piling up and nobody cares enough to tackle the real issues. Overall an extremely static environment.

      Pros

      Some business unit are very interesting.

      Cons

      The business units is not glued togheter, the reason is quite simple: they shift to a different business. Growens is an incubator. Ok it's fine but it should be explicit.
