      Pros

It's so true I'll say is twice. The people are amazing. Very good work/life balance Managers are very understanding when it comes to personal problems

      Cons

Bonus structure was always very complicated and difficult to achieve at times due to the many layers it was made up of (some of those things being out of your control) Due to the fact it is a huge nearly 200 year old organisation it can be very stuck in it's ways when it comes to processes and implementing new ideas Personal progress was always very slow and promotions were hard to come by

      Pros

great company and strong brand, stands for something in a world that often doesn't, some really great people to work with and a nice work life balance. Has potential to do some groundbreaking stuff in the future, some great digital skills in house but hampered by poor decision making and an unwillingness to learn. A good company for wanting to progress and learn, its encouraged and pushed well.

      Cons

Strategy isn't working, cost cuts where they are really needed don't materialise due to unionisation and a lack of will by the board to make significant changes
