Pros
Good location for both hospital Well known and respected hospital
Cons
I had to leave as I was fed up of witnessing managers in HR's handlings of staff HR did not resolve staff issues making them have to call back multiple times My final pay was held which was not shocking as I had seen them do this before with other staff who chose to leave in the department as way to be spiteful this is against the law

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust full-time for less than a year
Pros
Nice location, good facilities for healthy eating and keeping active at work. I learnt a lot on this particular job which enabled me to move to a more senior job elsewhere.
Cons
The Human Resources side of things is very lacking- wrong information about salary and pension sent out at job offer point, no response to queries, unable to speak to a person in HR ever. Line management is ridiculous- I was managed by a person in a different hospital who didn't know what I did. My job advert was not accurate. I received no training in the 10 months I worked here, no appraisal or performance review. IT systems out of date - worked on a computer with Office 2003, no internet access. No resources- had to buy my own pens, notebooks and post its etc.
