I have been working at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Benefits of NHS pension, 27 days of annual leave, lots of like minded young people in the OHCT, get to build relationships with nurses, pharmacists, doctors and many more. Learn about cancer care, gain clinical experience

    Cons

Scope of progression, less jobs available at more senior levels, high staff turnover due to this, work can be stressful (never stops)

    Cons

Engagement scores from staff survey are misleading. High staff turnover in parts of Essentia suggests all is not well.
