    I worked at H&R Block full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The manager at the time was really down to earth and nice to work for. There are opportunities to learn other things, if you want them.

    Cons

    The pay stinks. It's seasonal. Unless you want to prepare taxes, you won't make much money. If you do prepare taxes, be prepared to work LONG hours from the beginning of January - mid April.
