    - Low salary than the average market - Too bureaucratic. Upper management has no clue about what's going on at the facility level and implements ridiculous policies

    work at your own pace. No one is really on your neck but you have to complete your task by the end of your shift. Lots of overtime

    Too much call out, always short of staff
