    Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible schedule if working in field (work/life balance). Family feel. Very progressive with time off and maternity/paternity leave.

    Cons

Some of your goals come out so late in each quarter it is impossible to hit them.

    Advice to Management

Since goals are based on the previous year, your goals for the whole year should be laid out by January.

I worked at HEINEKEN USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

With this company you get a lot of fun events and get to work with some good people.

    Cons

The company does not promote from within, rather they hired managers with no experience in the industry to lead teams with people who had been in the industry for 15+ years. This caused a huge divide within the team. Additionally, we were encouraged to be ourselves and sell "our" way. This did not work for me as I was fired due to "not listening", even though I had the 3rd highest sales out of all sales reps in the state of Texas.

    Advice to Management

Hire from within. Promote your good people. Do not allow personal vendettas to be the reason for letting good people go. Terrible management structure.
