Where do I Begin?! Apart from Finance, HR, Service, and Operations... just about all department heads/execs are bonafide phonies that rubbed off the owners, they neither have the experience, drive, nor the acumen to lead and manage a company. Their petty attempts to mimic standards of real org is beyond ridiculous.... next, company politics and negativity! there needs to be a way to monitor corporate behavior and keep negativity in check. Few employees who have been working there for years may accept that as normal but don't realize how toxic and damaging that really is to a company, smart people would not work here... I have had the CFO and the Controller both ask me why I would come back here after the interview... at least they were transparent... 401k is a joke, dont pay attention to the 3% match unless you HAVE to work there forever, 0% is vested till 6 years in.

Management runs the company into the ground with over spending, therefore many have been laid off. Men tend to be threatened by Women who work there if they know a little more than they do. Filthy language from certain managers and supervisors and if you report it to HR you might as well plain on not being there much longer.
