Pros

Learning opportunity if you land up projects on C#, Python, Web Development.

Cons

No growth. Pay is very less. No work life balance. There is no such concept of work culture here Office location and environment Don't go if you are offered a C++ profile as you'll be made to work on MT4 trading platform which has no scope in your career ahead.

Don't even think about it.As it is not applicable here.

Cons

It works for trading software which is never use by any company in this world.If you stuck here by your bad luck than you have to pay a very big for your mistake.There is no any thing related to engineering.They fooled you by offering profile of c/c++.So bad environment here.Even my drawing room is 2 times bigger than it.Total area is lika a store room with no ventilation.You clearly feel lack of oxygen/fresh air here.If you want to grow up than stop recruiting interns.8 person out of 10 are interns here.Because they pay nothing to them.

I joined this company as a fresher.The journey of learning is unbelievable with experienced team members and cordial environment.

Cons

I dont think there is any con because everything is great and unmatchable.
