I worked at HRU Technical Resources as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Weekly paychecks and online features make it convenient and easy to get your hours accounted for.

    Cons

There was conflicting information from HRU and Employers about start and end times for assignments.

    Advice to Management

Be accurate with when an employer expects contrated workers to start and end a day. I was told the shift was 3-11 but the employers expected 3:30-12.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inaccuracy of the shift time you were told. We try our best to communicate and be on the same page as the employer about expectations.

I have been working at HRU Technical Resources full-time

    Pros

I have been working in HRU tech as a contract employee to other company. HRU employees are easy to contact and no issues with payroll. But waiting for a better opportunity to come out of HRU.

    Cons

I never recommend to anyone with some talent, HRU never honors talent, they give very under-pay and no paid offs or vacations. They just work for their benefits only.

    Advice to Management

Try to give employees some good pay-rates with benefits, don't treat them so cheap.
