Thank you for the balanced feedback and for sharing your concern with a proposed solution. We are looking at how we effectively train and onboard our new hires for a positive experience. We have regular 1 on 1 meetings to ensure we can support employees and have implemented a buddy system to help new hires with any questions and for immediate support. There are always opportunities for improvement and we are open to suggestions on how we improve new hire onboarding. The Account Manager’s compensation is competitive with the external marketplace and there is an opportunity to earn commissions on new business generated. We review our compensation practices annually to ensure we are competitive.
