    I worked at Halfords part-time

    Pros

Great team. Flexible working hours. Overtime available. Interesting work including bike repairs. Learn a lot about different products that can be useful for everyday life and career progression, car maintenance, bike building and repairs etc.

    Cons

Pay wasn't amazing for the work you do. Better organisation for the Christmas period especially on the bike department as it gets very busy with bike builds and you can be expected to stay behind for long hours without extra pay if you are full time.

I have been working at Halfords full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good working environment Good training, chances for advancement.

    Cons

Long hours, breaks are few and far between as peer pressure makes you work through lunch. Bonus is team derived and if centre does not make target ther are no bonuses even if you excel in what you do personally.
