Pros
Company culture that promotes healthy competition and high cooperation, personal and professional growth, fun and excellence. High growth and learning opportunities with internal training, benefits for pursuing studies and courses, mentoring. Truly global firm with ability to work wit others from different backgrounds and cultures. Exciting and growing industry to work in. Hamilton Lane has experienced tremendous growth beyond market growth purely from the excellent service it provides.
Cons
Opportunities are available but you have to seek them out yourself. Trickier to find a sponsor for satellite offices.

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Hamilton Lane Advisors full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Interesting opportunities since the organization is growing. There was less bureaucracy than some other companies but with that came a lack of organization.
Cons
There were too few skilled individuals at the firm making the growing pains worse and a lack of organization more apparent. Many projects were trial & error in a bad way. Because of turnover and growth, the culture was nondescript and work/life balance is team dependent.
