      Pros

      some really nice people. Hours are not bad. work isn't too demanding. Several sites to manage as far as network and communications is concerned.

      Cons

      Bi Polar manager with no hiring skills at all. hires people that are not qualified, then fires them after 6 months to two years. So there is no consistency, no continuity.

      - Work benefits the public sector - Some great and knowledgeable employees

      Cons

      - Not a place for seasoned IT professionals - CTO creates a hostile non productive environment which stifles creativity - CTO paranoia due to lack of her qualifications for the position - No support from HR when personnel problems arise - Good IT people depart quickly which results in lack of continuity - CTO has zero people skills along with poor management techniques

      Pros

      To be honest, the only pro was the fully paid benefits. I can't really find another reason to work there.

      Cons

      Everything else... The management from the Assistant Director level and above was questionable and there was no loyalty to their employees with most of them. It was the most stressful work environment that I ever experienced. The level of back-stabbing, etc. was
