      Approves of CEO

I have been working at Haringey Council full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Flexible and friendly. Great work life balance, home working encouraged and lots of holiday.

      Cons

Need to be very resilent as in a constant state of change. Often political issues overwhelm the day to day demands of the team.

      Advice to Management

Respect your team members more. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Massive disparity between what you pay the weary but hard working foot soldiers compared with what you pay the (often incompetent) chiefs.
